Commitment to Safety

It is the policy of Gethmann Construction Co., Inc. to provide a healthy and safe workplace for all our employees. Gethmann Construction Co., Inc. will abide by or exceed the requirements of all known safety and health laws and regulations as they pertain to the services we provide. Our goal is zero safety incidents. Safety training and equipment will be provided so that every employee can perform his or her job safely. All work, no matter how urgent, must be performed safely. Safety is the responsibility of every individual at all levels of our organization.

Gethmann's First Priority — Safety

The first step Gethmann takes with all new employees is to provide them with extensive safety training so they can work for the safety of themselves and others around them. That is not the end of training for employees. Each employee is involved in ongoing training in the form of weekly toolbox training, annual training, and specialty training.
• Operators are certified in their respective areas

• 10-Hour OSHA Construction for all employees

• 30-Hour OSHA Construction for all supervisors/leads

Gethmann is proud to partner with industry leaders in safety to continuously monitor our safety standards and improve the knowledge, training, and practice of safety on our job sites. Safety is constantly evolving, and we are always looking at ways to improve our safety practices.
The success of a project is directly related to the safety performance of the contractors working on the project. At Gethmann Construction, pre-project planning is the first step to ensure the safe execution of work, so that all employees, clients, partners, and communities are as safe as possible.

Gethmann Construction is committed to exceeding the standards set by our customers on safety and compliance. We have made the necessary investments in our employees and pratices to earn pre-approvals from industry leading compliance and certification groups. We assure that we are dedicated to the highest level of safety training, practices, and protocols to deliver on expectations
